Prayer flags flutter in long strands along the path to the Tek-Gnostic village and monastery. Each flag a prayer of compassion for the fragile matrix of humanity. In the words of the great Tek-Gnostic saint, Robert Marley: "Jah love... Jah love... protect us." As the path twists and turns down the slope, other paths branch off, leading to other cultural centers of learning. One such path is marked with a totem, which cuts a striking profile upon the surrounding mountains. The village is much closer now. |
